Seven Skies Apartments

I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s start with Emily. She made the whole process so easy fast. I’m less than 24 hours she got everything completed and we were able to move in. This has been the best moving experience I have done. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments. This complex is very quiet. Very clean and absolutely beautiful. The apartments are smart capable. Internet is already set up upon move in. It’s convenient. The gym on-site is equipped with life fitness equipment and other top branded workout gear. This is a 10/10. I have zero complaints. I hope Emily and her team continue to impact lives like she has mine. If you are looking to love. This is the place. 👌🏻

If I could give zero stars, I would. They were very nice at first to get us in right as soon as the building opened(these are brand new built in 2022). The doors are automatic for ADA, but only 1 door opens and only for 5 seconds and it’s closed on you. Not enough time or space for a wheelchair. They don’t understand service dogs, or common sense for safety in stairwells or anywhere on the property and will threaten you with fees if the service dog is off leash (which is illegal for them to do if the animal is working or training) The trash rooms are always dirty and smelly and you can smell it In the hallways, there’s been pee in the elevators at least twice that I saw. The elevators were constantly down and they were telling me to use the stairs, when I’m disabled. No understanding from anyone on that. It took them 3-4 months for them to fix the intercom system outside, and even then the doors would break! I was stuck outside in a snow storm late at night because the doors quit working and had to wait for someone to come downstairs because the maintenance line got me nowhere. Cars have also been broken into, which is ridiculous for how much we have to pay to park, but no extra security measures were put in place. Finally, we sent in our 60 days notice to vacate and received a copy by Derrick. I even confirmed receipt with him. Today is supposed to be our last day in the unit, and my roommate went in yesterday to talk to them, because we were still being charged august rent. It turns out that Derrick never turned our notice in, so now we have to go in tomorrow and inquire about it. I don’t recommend renting from Bridge Property management Or seven skies apartments. It’s too much rent for absolutely nothing but stress and small apartments.

If I could give zero stars, I would and it’s very deserving! They were very nice at first just to get me sign up with them , Omg where do I began never in my life been through this with all 5 states I’ve lived through my life. Let’s just start with Derreck, before looking the units I gave him specifically what I wanted and was looking for , I asked for a walking-in closet , 5th floor and the unit to face The east mountains and the 1-2 building complex .He showed me 2 of them a 1 bed and a 2 bed that he said would be exactly the same and I fell in love with the unit cause what he showed me was exactly what I wanted . So I ended up signing the lease . The day I went to give my deposit and get my keys . Derreck was not there but Jacquelin said she had everything ready so I asked to look at the unit one more time before I give my deposit and she was kind enough to do that but she did not know that what she was told was not promised to me . As we are walking in complete different directions I asked why are we going this way and she said it’s the separate building #3 where your unit is and I said no it’s not . I still decided to go and see it but it ended being nothing what I asked . No walking closet , no facing east mountains I mean nothing . So I took a deep breath cause I didn’t want to be disrespectful to the lady who had no idea that I been SCAMMED AND LIED TO so I told her I need a min she tried to show me something else but nothing I could settle for because I already was very frustrated . I did not move in so I reached out to the Regional manager Jadelyn after seeing the email she sent stating that Derreck don’t work there anymore. She said she will look into and it’s been a month I haven’t heard anything so I can get my deposit back I even went to the office and was told they been very busy I reached out 4 times still no answer. It’s so much I can tell about my experience but it won’t fit on this review. I guess I’m going to involve my lawyer at this point . NO OTHER CHOICE. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING TO RENT HERE I WOULD THINK IT OVER BEFORE MAKING THAT MOVE😡😡👎👎👎👎

Don't even know were to begin this is the worst place. Don't keep common as areas clean, always pee in elevators from dogs, Maintenance doesent fix things (example door going into south office building broken for months. Had a broken door in apartment took 4 months to fix they would look at not fix then close work order saying done took 4 work orders for them to finally fix . Guardge area is unsafe homeless wander there had car window broken on car they could have cared less when reported. Then when moved out they won't return my deposit I call them and they just ignore me and don't return calls. My deposit was finally returned after giving 5 day notice and writing this review. WARNING DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. there is lots more stuff i won't get into.

This apartment is nice, but what makes or breaks an apartment complex is their maintenance team, in my opinion. Will Maddox is the best maintenance person I’ve ever encountered in 10+ years of renting. My apartment had a major, urgent issue while I was out, and he came to the rescue. He literally had the correct people come to fix the apartment issues within an hour, and he left our apartment in BETTER condition than what he found it in, even though he didn’t have to do that. He’s caring, thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about him. I’m thankful to be at this apartment complex under the maintenance supervision of Will and his team. I can trust Will to go above and beyond and get the job done quickly. Seven Skies better never lose him!!! He’s the best!
